The Murru Law Firm was founded in 1997 by Giovanni Luca Murru, a lawyer.
Passion for law was the founder’s pivotal motivation.
A lawyer enrolled in the Milan Bar Association and in the Register of Barristers and Solicitors, he provides particularly experienced advice to leading Industrial and Financial Groups in structuring, setting up and executing acquisitions, divestments and corporate reorganisations in numerous sectors, including banking and finance, automotive and accessories, mechanical-industrial, advertising, distribution, food and in the corporate certification sector. He has experience and expertise in Civil Law, Banking – Financial, Contractual, Corporate, Bankruptcy and Labour Law, also in Litigation before Ordinary Judicial Authorities including higher courts (Court of Cassation) and national and international arbitration panels.
A member of AGI – (Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani) as well as a speaker at training courses and conferences, he is appointed by the Court of Milan as custodian and delegate for the sale of Judicial Auctions.
He is currently a Member of Boards of Directors and 231 Supervisory Bodies.
